How to apply for Resume Genius Scholarship:

Create a resume based on the life of any fictional or non-fictional character, from TV, history, literature, or myth. The resume SHOULD NOT be about yourself or your own experiences. Resumes should be no longer than two pages. Resume submissions can come in word, PDF, or info-graphic format, attached to an email and sent to scholarship@resumegenius.com. The body of the email should include; your name, university attending (if applicable), and a brief introduction about yourself.  Terms and Conditions for the Resume Genius Scholarship

Below are the Terms and Conditions for all scholarships, bursaries, and awards, administered by the Resume Companion Scholarship Outreach Program. By submitting an application for the Resume Genius scholarship, applicants hereby agree to these terms and conditions. Students in receipt of scholarship may also be required to sign an individual scholarship agreement. All correspondence between applicant and Resume Companion will be operated primarily via email, with the option of telephone communication, based on the Resume Companion’s decision. All applicants must use a school or university email address to be eligible. Any changes to this email address, after submission of application and without necessary cause, may result in the cancelation of their entire application. Any successful applicant may be required to show proof that they are enrolled on, or have been accepted on, an accredited university course, commencing studies for the spring semester of 2022. All students offered scholarships will receive an official ‘offer’ email offering the funds and must reply either accepting or rejecting this offer within 14 days of receipt. Failure to respond within this 14-day period may result in the scholarship offer being withdrawn and reassigned. Recipients must accept their scholarship offer by the due date as instructed in the offer email, to be eligible to receive payment. Resume Companion will make payment of the funds in one single installment, although they reserve the right to make payment in multiple installments. The total value of the scholarship offered will be outlined in the official offer email. Resume Genius reserves the right to offer any value of funds, up to the value of $1000. The scholarship funds can be paid into your nominated bank account, or by other means, to be discussed between resume companion and you the applicant. Resume Companion also reserves the right to make a final decision on how payment is made and can withdraw the offer of scholarship if an amicable and realistic payment process cannot be reached. Applicants may be permitted to hold more than one scholarship. Applicants who are enrolled full-time (at least 18 credit points per semester), may not be taxed on their scholarship payment. If Resume Companion knows or has reason to believe that you have provided false or misleading information, Resume Genius may reassess your entitlement to the scholarship and you will be liable to re-pay to Resume Companion the total sum of any payments incorrectly made to you. Resume Companion reserve the right to cancel the Scholarship program at any point.
