#20 STANDARD BANK LEARNERSHIP 2022
A 155-year-old financial establishment and the largest African banking group, Standard Bank Group has operations in about 20 countries spread across the African continent. The Standard Bank Learnership program helps unemployed South African matriculants and graduates gain employment experience in the financial services industry. It is a 12-month program that provides professional exposure to recipients giving them the opportunity to function in different roles within its branches and offices throughout South Africa. Recipients will sign a 12-month fixed-term employment and learnership contract. And also receive a learner allowance of R2 500 a month for the duration of their program. Candidates will receive an accredited National Certificate in Banking (NQF level 4) after the successful completion of the program.
