About the Sponsor: Korean Government
The Executive and Legislative branches operate primarily at the national level, although various ministries in the executive branch also carry out local functions. Local governments are semi-autonomous and contain executive and legislative bodies of their own. The judicial branch operates at both the national and local levels. The South Korean government‘s structure is determined by the Constitution of the Republic of Korea. This document has been revised several times since its first promulgation in 1948. However, it has retained many broad characteristics; with the exception of the short-lived Second Republic of South Korea, the country has always had a presidential system with a relatively independent chief executive. Korean Government Scholarship is a Fully Funded Scholarship and will cover all of the costs of the candidates. A year ago 700 students were chosen for a grant in Korea.
How Much Is The GKS Scholarship worth?
NIIED and/or training institutions are responsible for airfare, room, and board, as well as travel insurance for the duration of the program.Participants are responsible for transportation within their country, visa fees, etc.

Global Korea Summer Scholarship 2021 covers Undergraduate, Short course. The candidate can currently study in a university field, such as computer engineering, game engineering or digital.

How to Apply for Global Korea Summer Scholarship 2021
Interested candidates should contact their preferred universities/training institutions to apply for this scholarship.
Choose one of the institutions listed according to your major. You are ineligible to apply to more than one university. Multiple applications will be excluded during the final selection process.Submit all required documents to the application office of the chosen institution.If you pass the document screening process, you will be invited for an interview. Interviews will be conducted by either Skype or phone.The chosen institution will nominate students to NIIED, which will make the final decisions and announce the successful applicants for each university.
